Return Policy

Most products purchased from can be exchanged or replaced within 14 days from the date your order is shipped from our fulfillment center. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Non-apparel items with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 6 months from the date your order was delivered. Items marked Final Sale or Closeout are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Some items are not returnable to, but are returnable to the original supplier. Those items will be clearly marked as “Returnable to Supplier” in the “Returns” section of the specific product page.

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge will be deducted from your refund or the refund may be denied. Original freight or shipping charges are not refundable unless the returned products are deemed defective.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: We will process your return within one week after we receive it. Please allow up to one credit cycle after that for your bank to post any applicable refunds to your account.


If you need to return an item you will submit a return request. If you would like assistance in returning an item, please contact our website administrator via our Returns form. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as swimwear, underwear, food products, clearance items, final clearance, items that have been worn or damaged, etc. Please visit our FAQs section for more details.


Original packaging must be intact. Pack your item securely in original packaging, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. Attach your return label to the package if applicable. Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please don't consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order. Consumers will return items for exchange postage prepaid. If all exchange requirements are met The Craft will send the requested exchange via USPS at no additional charge to the consumer.


If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we will pass along any penalties, charges, or fees from carrier that may include, but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.
