We carry a variety of products based on their ability to serve active enthusiasts’ wants and needs. From hiking to camping, boating to biking, running, walking, or just relaxing at home, our products blend performance and fashion for a variety of ages, experiences, abilities, or preferred activity.

Product Focus
We develop strategic relationships with various partners to share interesting stories and relevant products. We encourage you to share your thoughts on products we should review and potentially add to our selection.

We respect your time and privacy. Our outreach campaigns are designed to inform and educate and therefore we will limit our communications to a reasonable cadence. You can always find more about us, our products, and what we represent in our emails, social media posts and our website.

Ordering & Shipping
We do not charge your account until after products have shipped, although your bank may allocate / hold funds that are designated to fulfill transaction costs. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days, while featured and custom items can have a shipping delay of ~7 business days (based on the complexity of the product). Your estimated delivery dates will appear on the checkout page prior to order completion, and are also in the Order Confirmation email you’ll receive shortly after your purchase. You’ll also receive a confirmation when your order ships. Orders are shipped with a packing slip that includes the order number and item(s) included in the shipment. We do NOT list prices or payment information on the packing slip. Orders that have multiple items may be fulfilled from more than one warehouse as we try to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock Items
We make every reasonable effort to ensure products listed on our site are available and ready to ship at the time of order. If an item is out-of-stock or discontinued after an order is placed, we will notify you at that time. We will then give you the option to backorder the product (if it will be available in the near future) or receive a refund. We may also occasionally offer a similar product, but it will always be your choice regarding whether that product is a suitable replacement and will meet your needs.

What Payment Options Are Available To Me?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Credit Card Security
All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and our processes are PCI compliant.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax in the states where we have a physical presence. If sales tax is applicable it will be noted during the checkout process.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Craft Life experience, so we accept returns on items that are shipped incorrectly within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Defective apparel items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and still have the original tags may be returned within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Non-apparel items with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 6 months from the date your order was delivered.

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Some items are not returnable to Craft Life, but may be returnable to the original supplier. Those items will be marked as “Returnable to Supplier” on a specific product page.

Gift Messaging
Once you place the item(s) in your cart and proceed to the checkout page, you will be able to enter your gift message in the first step listed below the shipping details. Please click the link "Include a gift message?" to enter the recipient name, your name and the message you would like included in the shipment. The message will be printed on the packing slip and placed in the package.

Shipping and Delivery
Our goal is to minimize shipping costs to you and to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times by carriers we do strive to ship all standard, in-stock items within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping Not Available
The Craft currently only ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.
